1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

1.1 United Kingdom

  • We deliver to all UK mainland and non-mainland locations, including Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Isle of Wight, and the Channel Islands.

1.2 International Shipping on request

  • We ship to selected international destinations. Shipping fees and delivery times vary depending on the country.
  • Please note that customs duties, import taxes, and additional charges may apply based on your country’s regulations. These costs are the recipient’s responsibility.

Note:

  • Business days exclude weekends and bank holidays.
  • Orders placed after 2 PM (UK time) will be processed the next working day.
  • Express delivery is only available for mainland UK.

3. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is placed.
  • Once your order is dispatched, a shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be sent.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • You can track your order through our delivery partner’s website.
  • If you do not receive tracking details, please contact us at customercare@2wenti.com.

5. Shipping Costs & Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight, destination, and selected shipping method. The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before payment.

  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on UK orders over £100.
  • Customs & Import Taxes: International customers are responsible for any applicable import duties and taxes.

6. Delivery Issues & Failed Deliveries

6.1 Delayed Deliveries

  • If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please check the tracking status first.
  • If the tracking status is unclear, contact customercare@2wenti.com, and we will assist you.

6.2 Incorrect Shipping Address

  • Ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order.
  • If you entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at customercare@2wenti.com. If the order has not yet shipped, we may be able to update the details.
  • Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error cannot be refunded or reshipped.

6.3 Missed Delivery Attempts

  • If delivery is attempted but unsuccessful, the courier may:
    • Leave a delivery notice with rescheduling options.
    • Attempt a redelivery the next working day.
    • Hold the package at a local depot for collection.
  • If a package is returned to us due to multiple failed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for re-delivery fees.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

7.1 Lost Packages

  • If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it:
    • Check with neighbors or household members who may have accepted the package.
    • Look in safe places around your delivery address.
    • Contact the courier service using the tracking number.
    • If you still cannot locate your order, contact us at customercare@2wenti.com, and we will investigate.

7.2 Stolen Packages

  • If your package is stolen, file a report with the courier service and local authorities.
  • Unfortunately, we are not responsible for stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered.

7.3 Damaged Shipments

  • If your order arrives damaged, take clear photos of the package and its contents and email us at customercare@2wenti.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We will assess the damage and offer a replacement or refund based on our policy.

8. Returns Due to Failed Delivery

  • If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address, missed delivery attempts, or refusal to pay customs fees, we will:
    • Refund the product cost (excluding shipping fees), or
    • Resend the order (additional shipping fees apply).

9. Shipping Policy for Pre-Orders & Backorders

  • If your order includes a pre-order or backordered item, we will notify you of the estimated shipping date.
  • Your order will ship once all items are in stock.

10. Force Majeure (Uncontrollable Shipping Delays)

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Severe weather conditions
  • Postal strikes or service disruptions
  • Customs clearance delays
  • Natural disasters
